SHIPPING Delivery times An order confirmation will be send to you after the order is entered through the portal. The confirmation will state the date CPM Europe starts packing the order, depending on stock levels and manufacturing times the delivery time will be confirmed. When ordering a set of balanced hammers please keep in mind it will take 1 -2 weeks to have these balanced.
Shipping methods & respective transit times Orders can be shipped with road transport, air freight or ocean freight. We have several forwarding companies that we work with. Depending on the preferred shipping method we will inform you about the cost and transit time.
Freight costs If freight charges apply to your order these will be added to the invoice.
Applicable incoterms Depending on the chosen shipping method during the checkout, there is an incoterm applicable. Please see below for our standard incoterms in combination with the shipping method (all incoterms according to Incoterms 2020®):
How to proceed with ‘urgent’ shipments (for example regarding a breakdown)? For urgent shipments always contact our Part-Sales team at +31 75 65 12 660 or parts.emea@cpm.net (available from 8 AM – 5 PM CET). Urgent orders can be entered until 12 o’clock (CET time).
RETURNS (RMA) For return requests please contact our Part-Sales department. After receiving your return request, you will receive additional instructions and information. Your request will be processed within 5 working days. Please do not send any parts to us without our RMA form, we will not be able to process these returns without it.
COMPLAINTS We are sorry to hear that not everything was to your liking and would love to resolve your complaint. The best way to contact us about your complaint is by e-mail or telephone (parts.emea@cpm.net or +31 75 65 12 660). Always refer to your CPM order number when contacting us.
